THE ILLUSION OF ME

What if the sense of “me” you have carried your entire life is not what it appears to be?

Most people assume there is a separate individual at the centre of experience — a thinker of thoughts, a chooser of actions, a controller of life. From childhood onward, we are taught to protect, improve, and fulfil this identity.

But what if the “self” we believe we are is nothing more than a story created by thought?

This is not a book about becoming someone better, achieving enlightenment, or reaching a future state of freedom.

Instead, it points directly to what is already present, prior to thought, identity, and effort.

For readers drawn to self-inquiry, non-duality, and the exploration of consciousness, this book offers a simple but radical invitation:

Look closely at the one you believe yourself to be.

What you discover may change everything.

I absolutely love this book!

Clear profound pointings!

I’m not normally a book reader, I get lost in long paragraphs, I’ll read the words and it just doesn't go in.

The book 'The Illusion of me' it was a map to Truth: it allowed "me" to explore my beliefs and assumptions with ease, and to finally see them for what they are.

This is the book i would recommend ! Succinct, direct, clearly written, complete.

You can read it in one day

and the next day

you will certainly go back to it.

This is the most astonishing book I have read in my life. It is life changing. You will not be the same person (or literally " No Person ") post reading this book.

I absolutely love this book! Clear profound pointings! I’m not normally a book reader, I get lost in long paragraphs, I’ll read the words and it just doesn’t go in, instead I choose audiobooks, but this book is totally different, the lines are spaced out beautifully and the text size is perfect, every line Terry has written is as important as the next and has been given its own space on its page, as a result every line sinks in, you can easily come back to each page and go to the last line you read, I simply can’t recommend this book enough.

The book 'The Illusion of me' it was a map to Truth: it allowed "me" to explore my beliefs and assumptions with ease, and to finally see them for what they are.

In guiding you through this unveiling, at times you’ll find yourself laughing, at others crying—but always with a deep sense of lightness that uplifts you and leaves no trace of regret.

And to his persistent and provocative question, “What remains?”, I can now say: in the end, it is pure quite joy—a genuine celebration of this unfathomable mystery we call Life.

Thank you, Terrence, for this gift and for your dedication.
